The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a passion for nurturing the growth and development of toddlers. Responsibilities include creating and implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans, fostering a safe and engaging learning environment, and maintaining strong relationships with parents. The Lead Toddler Teacher will also guide and support assistant teachers to ensure the highest quality of care and education.

The Lilypad Garden & Farm School is looking for a highly qualified, energetic and compassionate leader to support our infant and toddler teams. Strong skills in state minimum standards, classroom management and schedule writing is required.  If you are looking for a fun and rewarding position in a close knit environment, we encourage you to apply!
